From 2005 until today, we have performed at 11 wine events where we have won 10 gold, 9 silver and 11 bronze medals for excellence.<\/p>\n

Harvest and tillage<\/h2>\n

When grape sugars and grape acidity unite and create the perfect balance predetermined for each variety, then the harvest begins. We strive to take care of the grapes as well as possible, because the way we treat the harvested grapes largely depends on the wine that will be made from it.
Our care begins with each bunch and the combination of manual and automatic (machine) harvesting gives us the opportunity to transfer grapes to its processing faster, more efficiently and with better quality.<\/p>\n

With tillage, we have gone a step further- in the direction of environmental awareness. In agreement with the nearby cattle breeders, sheep come to the vineyards during the winter, whose presence fertilizes and nurtures the soil, thus creating a biodynamic atmosphere in the vineyards.<\/p>\n
